Parking Lot FAQ
Senior Lot Parking Spots:
- All senior spots are based on a lottery system We have 138 senior spots to choose from.
- To enter the lottery you must attend the Spring Junior Meeting. At the end of the meeting you will wait in line to have your student ID scanned.
- If you are chosen for a spot, you will receive an email with the purchase link and information on Paint Day.
- When you click the link to pay, you will also choose your spot number. LOT MAP.
- Print the Parking Contract and bring it to the Student Store. Anyone who purchases a spot without the contract will lose their spot choice until they return the contract.
- Students with fines will be prohibited from purchasing a spot.
In order to be eligible for a campus parking permit for next school year (2023/24) you will need to follow this process. There have been a few changes worthy of noting.
- GENERAL PARKING - Parking in the main lot and the upper lot will be on a first come first serve basis. You will not have assigned parking space numbers next school year. Parking in our general lots are for juniors and seniors only. After Labor Day we will assess the lot and see if we can offer waitlist spots to sophomores.
- OFF PERIODS - No student will be granted an upper lot pass if their schedule includes an off period. All students leaving campus for 7th or 8th period will have a main lot pass.
- STUDENTS are to complete the application, not parents/guardians.
- Fill out the above permit application by June 1, 2023 for the best opportunity to receive a parking permit. You will need to upload a picture of your valid driver's license and student ID card.
- Students not currently in possession of a driver's license may still apply. There is a question for you to type in an anticipated date of receiving your license.
- Please prepay $5 through this link and save your receipt (screenshot). In the event you are not selected you will be refunded.
Administration will award passes to students based availability and the following criteria:
- Assigned Spots - Seniors in paid senior lot (sold out)
- Seniors: General Parking (main lot)
- Juniors: General Parking (main lot) "Lottery"
- Juniors: General parking (**upper lot**) "Lottery"
- Your name cannot be drawn in a lottery if you have not obtained your license.
- ** Upper lot will not be granted to any student who has an off period.
Students will be notified this summer via email if they were granted a permit.
- Students will receive an email in June confirmation that they were selected for a parking permit.
- Permits will be distributed at Upperclassmen Check-In Day on August 8th.
- If a student is not able to pick up their permit on August 8th, a representative may pick up the permit.
