Aeries

Aeries Portal accounts provide parents online and timely access to

information about attendance, progress reports, reports cards, and

emergency contacts. The new data confirmation process in the Aeries Parent

Portal has eliminated the large back to school packets.

To Log-in Visit: http://parent.rocklinusd.org

Select Create New Account
Select Parent
Select Next
Enter your email twice, create and confirm you password
Select Next
A verification email will be sent to you. Within the email you receive select Confirm this Email Address
Select Return to Login Page
Enter your email address and select Next
Enter your Password and select Sign In

Now that the account is created you need to add your student. Please enter the following information: Student Permanent ID Number

Student Home Telephone Number

Student Verification Code (Please contact the WHS at 916-632-6500 if you need this code)

Select Next
Select your Name from the list, or None of the above
If there is an email currently associated with you account, you will be prompted to replace it. Select OK
Select Next
If you have another student to add, select Add Another Student to Your Account.
Once you have added all students select Home

You can now view your student’s information by using the different tab headings. To change between students, click on Change Student.

You only need to complete this process once. To view your student's information at another time visit the website and Log-in. If you have forgotten your password select the forgot password link to reset.

Schoology

The Schoology On-Line Learning Management System is used to enhance the learning environment in and out of the classroom. Schoology is an incredible resource for parents to stay up-to-date on their student's course assignments, current grades and contact teachers.

To Log-in Visit: www.schoology.com

In the top right corner of the screen, click the Sign Up button
Select Parent
Enter the Parent Access Code (Please contact the WHS at 916-632-6500 if you need this code)
Select Continue
Enter your Name, Email Address and Password
Select Register
Once you log in, you’ll be directed through a tutorial.

You can browse you child’s activities by selecting you child’s name from the top right dropdown.

If you have more than one child (at any school within the district) and have received multiple access codes, click +Add Child to add them to the same account.

Weekly Student Update

Above is a simple, step-by-step tutorial showing how to get a weekly email summary of your child's activity.

Naviance

Naviance is a college and career readiness platform that helps connect

academic achievement to post-secondargoals. This tool is used primarily by

juniors and seniors.

During the college application process students will request transcripts to be sent through Naviance.

To Log-in Visit: https://connection.naviance.com/family-connection/ auth/login/?hsid=whitneyhs

Select I Need to Register
Enter Registration Code (You Student’s Permanent ID Number and you relationship code ie. 1234567M)

Relationship codes:

M = Mother

F = Father

SM = Stepmother

SF = Stepfather

Click Register
Enter Email Address twice
Enter Password twice
Read and Check I accept
Click Complete Registration

There is currently no way to have multiple children on one account. We suggest using another email address or different parents sign-up for different children.
