COVID-19

COVID-19

If your student is experiencing COVID symptoms, please have them take a COVID test. We are now accepting home tests with the following guidelines: write your name and date of test on the actual test (home tests without this information will not be accepted), fill out the home validation form below.

Home tests must be turned in with the Home Test Validation Form linked here.

Parents/Guardians now have the ability to complete our RUSD Covid Survey.  This will alert the school’s Health Team of your child’s absence and they can follow up as needed.  NOTE: You must still call the school attendance line and report their absence.
Please follow the link below to complete the survey.  It is password protected from the general public.

Survey Link:  COVID Survey
Password:  2019

When your student returns to school, they need to check in with the health office before returning to class.  They can bring a hard copy of their negative test or it can be emailed to nhowell@rocklinusd.org.
Medication Pick Up

Medication Pick Up

If your student has medication in the health office, please pick it up prior to the last day of school. All medication left in the health office will be destroyed at the end of the school year. Medication may not be sent home with students; an adult or guardian must come to the health office to pick them up.

Medication Forms

Medication Forms

All medication, including epi-pens and inhalers, must have a doctor's and parent's signature in order to be held in the Health Office. No student may have any medication at school without a doctor's order. Medication forms need to be updated annually. The health aide is at the school every day from 9:00 a.m.-12:45 p.m.
