If your student has medication in the health office, please pick it up prior to the last day of school. All medication left in the health office will be destroyed at the end of the school year. Medication may not be sent home with students; an adult or guardian must come to the health office to pick them up.

 

All medication, including epi-pens and inhalers, must have a doctor's and parent's signature in order to be held in the Health Office. No student may have any medication at school without a doctor's order. Medication forms need to be updated annually. The health aide is at the school every day from 9:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.
