Step 1: Do I live within the WHS Attendance Boundary?
If you do not live in the Whitney HS attendance boundaries you must fill out an interdistrict transfer at your home district of residence or an intradistrict transfer from RHS. Please CLICK HERE for more details.
Step 2: Enroll Online with AIR (Aeries Internet Registration): Make sure ALL required documents are uploaded or emailed to the registrar. If you are not able to upload, still click the "SUBMIT" button, or we will not be able to access your information.
Required Documents:
- Proof of Residency (Residence Verification Guidelines)**
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Academic Transcript / Last Report Card
- Copy of IEP or 504 (If Applicable)
- Legal Paperwork ie: Custodial/Guardianship (If Applicable)
**If the parent/guardian name is not on the proof of residency, you may need to fill out a Shared Residency Affidavit, please contact the registrar for more details.
All required documents may be scanned or photographed and sent to the registrar at jbaker@rocklinusd.org for review. You may also fax your required documents to 916-435-2542.
Step 3: Complete Course Selection by visiting the Whitney High School New Student Course Requests (REQUIRED)
STEPS 1 - 3 MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED TO COMPLETE YOUR ENROLLMENT. INCOMPLETE REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
Step 4: Your first day! (FOR CURRENT YEAR ONLY - Not for the upcoming FALL school year). Check-in with the Registrar, Mrs. Baker in the front office to get your schedule, activate your attendance, and take your picture.
Step 5: Register for a loaner Chromebook and/or a hotspot with the ECF Program. To obtain a device or hotspot, you must follow a 3 step process.

3. Once you have completed BOTH steps 1 and 2, you can see Ms. Snow in the Library to pick up the device. If you have elected to purchase the voluntary insurance you must bring the signed last page and a check when picking up the device. If you requested a hotspot. The district will contact you when it's ready for pickup.
